Our Story
Valley Roots Medical was built from something deeply personal—home.
I grew up in Westcliffe, and am a 6th generation member of this valley. This valley shaped who I am.
As a nurse practitioner, I saw a growing problem: too many people in our community were forced to travel long distances to receive timely medical care.
Valley Roots Medical was created to change that.
By offering same-day, scheduled visits, we aim to provide timely care without the long waits or long drives. More than anything, this clinic is about connection. It’s about caring for neighbors, supporting families, and strengthening the health of the place I’ve always called home.

Hi, I’m Jenna Becker, FNP-BC.
I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Valley Roots Medical. As a sixth-generation local, I’m passionate about improving access to quality healthcare for our rural community.
With over 10 years of experience in family practice and occupational medicine, I provide compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals and families across all stages of life.
